STUDIO @ BURNETT is situated in the heart of the Central Student District (CSD) of Hatfield, Pretoria and provides large scale, modern, sought after, affordable student accommodation.

The interiors were kept simple but colourful referencing pop art and popular culture to enhance the playfulness of student life.

The concept is based on individual self-contained studio apartments linking with communal and interactive social spaces. Each unit comprises of a bathroom, kitchenette, bed, study table and cupboard. The vibrant and energetic social and interactive spaces open up onto a central podium court yard with large glass doors and windows providing natural light inside and connection to the shared space outside. Further common facilities include a study area, computer lab, games room, lounge and laundromat to compliment the main use of the building
