All apartments are accessed directly from the basement parking to the front door of the apartment via a shared lift. The typical layout of a unit includes the master bedroom and living spaces to the North, taking advantage of the Northern light and the view. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, both with en-suite bathrooms are positioned to the South of the apartments with views toward the ridge. The kitchen, scullery and guest WC are centrally located within the apartment due to the lower light requirements of these spaces.
